PART I: Creating a Ramp sequence |
A ramp stimulation sequence is created in the pulse generator dialog of Patchmaster. Segment parameters, such as segment type, duration and voltage are set, and the "relevant segment" for the analysis is selected. |

PART II: Plotting I vs V |
Current traces acquired with the PGF sequence created aboved are plotted versus time in the oscilloscope. Usually, it is favored to plot I vs. V. This tutorial demonstrates, how to use the online analysis of Patchmaster to plot an IV curve from the acquired data. |
